Beds were nice and comfy staff was really nice

Had to have key card recoded every time we came back to the hotel

Ideal for families looking for value

The beds are comfy, actually a real king. The breakfast nook was a nice solid bonus and it made mornings a bit easier.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it's still acceptable.

Booked for three nights. Every day our key stopped working and we had to go to the desk to get it programmed again.

There was the nice hot and great breakfast and we greatly enjoyed the location as well.

The hotel was located just next door to restaurants and grocery stores, all restaurants and the center of what s left of a mattress. The rooms were well laid out and amazingly comfortable, with central heating, television and a microwave, quiet bed. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. Great location close to theater, all was great. Spent our evenings in nearby Mjbarleyhoppers Brew House enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

place is older and a bit run down and while it appeared clean had sort of an off smell. Desk clerk was outside smoking when we arrived and had to be paged to sign us in. Wi-Fi was not working and was not available when needed and was still not working by the next day.

The rooms were nice.

Check in was a nightmare, even though I was the only one checking in. Breakfast was very cold - doesn't it have to be room temp. at least? The pool was cold as the ocean - so no one was in it. The dog next door barked his head off - told the front desk, but she just started and said I would have wait for night people to come in. I have stayed at a lot of the Comfort Inns but the Lewiston Comfort Inn needs a lot of help. Could not wait to leave, we did not stay the second night but drove on to Spokane - a much nicer staff, better breakfast, pool is 85* , no barking dogs. Less than 5 min. check in and less money.

The location was very convenient. The quick access to downtown was a major plus during our short stay.

The only negative comment I have is that the bath/shower needs a thorough clean.

Kids loved the pool!

They initially gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet (beds unmade, towels everywhere, etc). However, they quickly switched us to another room and the manager gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

The room was quiet with extra seating and the shower, for example, booked it for US$ 111. The location was particularly good as for us.
